Golf cart raffle

So at work I noticed someone selling raffle tickets to win a 2012 gas club car XRT 800. $20 a ticket and only selling 1k tickets max.
Looked online and it retails for around 6200 because its a 4 seater. So I bought a ticket. The drawing its the 23rd so fingers crossed I will Have a nice toy to tow behind the rv

So if you were to buy $6,200 worth of tickets you would still have less than a one in three chance of getting a new toy. With just the one, 1:1000. You must feel lucky.

Yes its a fund raiser for charity. So most likely a donation. But hey why not. Just wondered if anyone had one and what they thought of it.

I have a Club Car Precedent and we use it all the time. Neither of us play golf but we have 20 acres of land and we live way out in the country. We take the dog riding when the weather is nice, about a 5 mile round trip plus to the mailbox and I take it camping if the campground allows golf carts.

Hubby bought it for me because I have arthritis and he also had a bad knee, neither of us could walk very far at a time. He had his knee replaced but I still have arthritis. Doesn't get used much except when the weather is good but we have gotten our money's worth out of it.

Good luck, hope you win, you will find it quite useful even it you don't play golf.
