Good RV Shows for 2014

Hi,

I'm new to this forum (joined today). I'd like to attend one or two of the better RV shows in 2014. I've searched your threads and it appears that the RV Trade Show in Louisville, KY got good previous reviews as well as the Florida RV SuperShow in Tampa. Are there others I should be considering? Geographic location is not that important.

Many thanks! Great Forum you have here!

I'm new too. I've never been, but there is a show in Hershey, PA in September.

The Hershey PA show is fantastic! According to some of the factory representatives it's one of the best in the country. Plus the surrounding area is beautiful.

Never been to any of the other's mentioned, but have attended the Tampa RV Super Show for the last three years. Date's for the upcoming show are Jan. 15-19, with the 15th being closed to the public. I think you'll find just about anything that you'd want to see at this show. If you decide to attend, I would suggest allowing at least two days especially if you plan on attending any of the seminar's that are offered.

The Tampa show really is the best. Big exhibit tents and an incredible number of coaches to tour.

It's a four day show, so you can see all you want to see.

We'll be there for sure.

Tom

Mpls/St.Paul has one I think in Jan or Feb 2014. I saw that there will be a rather large show in Quartzite Az, in Jan. I 'm going to that one I hope too anyway!!!!

Yep Jan 18th thru Jan 26th Sports Vacation and RV show. Alot of shows out there. Can't wait. Suppose to go down to 6 above tonight.

Do you take the MH there and stay all 4 days? Is there a CG close by the show? Don't they have a rather large Boat show in Tampa or MIA? Jan-Feb

The RV Trade Show is not open to the public.

The Tampa SuperShow is by far the largest show and is the one to attend.

It's a toss up, IMHO, between Hershey and Tampa. Both are great....

Thanks, everybody for your input! Route 66 - thank you for the clarification about the Trade Show - I suspected that based on the name of it. I'm excited to go to one location where we can see all the different classes and brands of MHs. It doesn't sound like we can go wrong at either Hershey or Tampa (or both).

Hershey is a good show, but Tampa has much more.
