Good Sam Big mistake

I used gas buddy yesterday, New Place next town over $3.39 maybe 10 miles from S&B. My town $3.55, 16 cent difference Now that was a savings...
All that new fuel in ND I thought that the prices were going to drop???

If you drive that 20 miles round trip in a RV that only gets 8 MPG.
You will need to buy over 50 gal before you have any savings.
Not counting the time spent.
50@$3.55= $177.50
50@$3.39= $169.50

20 Miles@8 MPG=2.5 gal
2.5 gal@$3.39=$8.50

I filled up the toad, if it was the MH it would be close to 100 gals. So I am saving around 8 bucks?
Time is on me, Retired, Glad to get out of the S&B's.(still winter here )
If I take the MH I take the long way home just to drive her Around
No savings on that route.

Whats the story about the ND oil?
Will we see a drop in prices in our lifetime??

When I'm towing the 5er, I couldn't care less about the price of diesel from one place to another, I just want easy in and easy out at the pumps and overhead clearance that doesn't make me pucker up so bad that the seat covering disappears.
