Good Sam/Camping World Events

Am I the only one that has problems with this company? Several years ago "APT 37D" showed up in my address and I can't get it removed. I've emailed, called and written, but nobody seems to care about the mistake. I've never lived in an APT and there are none in our sub-division.

Problem two, why does GS have so many different prices for their services? I received a renewal for my Roadside Assistance priced at $129.00. While checking out at CW, they offered me the same PKG for $99.00.

The next time I checked out at CW they offered my GS renewal at $15.00.
Previous to that they signed me up for a renewal of GS at $20.00 per year. Never to go up with AUTO PAY.

Why can't they just offer a good product for a fair price? That's all most of us want. I personally am trying to get away from using GS & CW.

Am I the only one who thinks this way or has a problem with them?

It's just their business model. I used to purchase a lot from Camping World because they specialized in RV camping stuff...years ago. Now, for the most part, they share the marketplace with Walmart, Bed and Bath, Big 5, just to name a few. They compete on the net with a huge field. Any error in their mailing is huge since it obviously makes the customer feel insignificant. Example I personally hate: "Dear valued customer or current resident"
As for shopping at CW, if they have what I want at a fair price, great. I have GoodSam Roadside assistance because I had complaints with AAA and Coachnet. I understand your vent...but don't let it ruin your day. Happy trails.

CW doesn't advertise that the auto pay will never go up, what they say is that you will always get the best rate.
