I can't find that Good Sam is filing for or in Bankruptcy. Can anyone confirm?

Wrong. Good Sam and Coach Net are completely separate.

I have had both and presently have Coach Net. Its a long story I will not go into, but I will never go back to Good Sam.

Ditto, but I'm kind of stuck with them as we use the mail forwarding and GMAC for insurance and the related discounts are worth the dues. My last renewal letter said I owned $.00 and the cards sent had the same expiration date as the ones we had. They have since charged our credit card I called them about it, But I still do not have valid membership cards.

Mailings, the company is out of control. It took years for me to get them to stop. I had the CSP insurance, but the still kept sending me offers for it. Same for the roadside, we had it and they kept hitting us with offers in the mail for it. The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing with them. The share your mailing lists, but not if you actually have the product already or not. Finally found out you have to call all of the related companies and tell each of them to remove your name. Good Sam equal MAJOR PIA.

If they are about to go under it would not surprise me in the least.

I believe they have resolved their financial problems at least temporarily.

I like Coach Net have talked to them twice and had great service. Good Sam sends out to much information and e-mails. I don't like the sales pressure. Have had them both, but like Coach net the best.
