NOT A HAPPY CAMPER

We had a blown tire and waited until we got home to send in the paper work to get reimbursed. We had to pay GS Roadside for the tire because GS Extended Service which covers the tires were closed on the weekend. These are two different departments.

Now I've called to cancel the policy because we're putting it into storage so we don't need it, and they said I can't cancel the policy because THEY HAVEN'T SENT US OUR CHECK YET! So you must keep paying monthly until they decide to send you your check. This doesn't' seem legal to me. The only thing that matters is that we were current and covered on the date of the claim.
This program is sold with the promise that you can cancel at anytime, and I think I saw something about it might be prorated, but nothing about this issue.

I have requested to speak to a supervisor so we'll see what happens.
