Don't worry about it. Like others said, bank of the west or key bank. From the parameters you gave it should not be a problem. I've done hundreds of motorhome loans and never did a bank have the stipulation that income must be 100% of loan amount. I think Bank of America got out of the rv business. Like others said, try the dealer. They. Have an interest in selling you the coach and will work hard to get it done. How much of a down payment are you putting down?

Sorry, I said key bank, not sure if they are still into rv lending, you could try them though. I meant sun trust. You never said what kind of down payment and that could be a big variable in whether or not you get the loan.

We got ours financed with Ally Bank despite our S&B home being "underwater".

My wife says I am too "tight" but I think they might have done you a favor. NONE of my business I know but just my thoughts.

Good luck in your search. Just as you can pick your vendor they have a choice in clients. I wonder at times the criteria they use, especially when you hear of some of the bone headed loans they have made to large companies. Then it seems like they want the little guys (us) to pay exorbitant interest rates and fees to make their huge profits.

Thanks to everyone! It looks like it will be Bank of the West or Ally. The two are just countering right now on down payment. Whew! Next challenge is insurance. We are getting there........
