Good Sam membership extension went haywired

I had my membership in the Good Sam Club extended 3 months early for a special deal just before Christmas and today when i received my new cards the expiration date was wrong and they got the name wrong on the cards. Member ID number was correct though.
Wonder who or what phone number I should call to get the best results trying to correct this? Probably the number on the membership card wouldn't have much to do with a problem like this.

Thanks, that's a number I don't have. Will give them a call tomorrow, if they work on Saturdays, otherwise guess it'll be Monday. Have a good week-end.

Fear not, your not alone. I had a similar problem. Took 3 years, multiple phone calls & hours on the phone to correct. We had cards w/different numbers, looking up our membership by phone number pulled up another at same address, different suite #. At one time had 2 cards w/ different expiration dates. We also had a card w/ our name on it, but when looked up the number belonged to someone else. Take heart, they'll eventually get it right. Lol

Using the above 800 number got me to someone who claimed all my questions would be taken care of. Guess I'll know in 2-3 weeks. Kind of makes a person wonder how such a large organization can operate in such a hap-hazzard way. From some of the comments by Good Sam representatives on the Forum does sound like they are trying to improve. Appreciate the help.
