Good Sam Roadside Assistance Program

After several years of not needing to use the program, I had occasion to use it twice in the last year. In both cases, they responded very effectively, even though they did not have a contract service provider in the area. I know many people on this site have had different experiences, but I was very pleased with their response and will continue my membership.

I am with you Submustang. I have been on an extended trip (8 weeks so far) and have had to use them twice. First time help for blown tire arrived within 15 minutes. Second time took about 60 minutes.....Saturday afternoon in Las Vegas. So I am very happy with their service too.

I too will continue our Good Sam. Denise says I have to as she was very impressed with the service we have had over the years. TT tire change (my jack wouldn't go under the axle when the tire was flat Doh!) tire replacements after a series of bad experiences on an Albertan detour and this past spring getting us gas when the gauge on our MH stuck and I didn't notice (thought I was getting great mileage) and came to an undignified stop on Highway 94.

All in all their service has been great for us.
