good service ?

having a time with warrenty work. bought mh 5/1/2014 made a apoint ment for 3 days to install break controller and washer/dryer would not vent and a list of small stuff.took it in 5/10/2014 they had to order part and they had to contact freightliner for a harness so made apointment 7/2/2014 told them they could have it for 2 weeks omg called yesterday need other part for w/d i ask them i wanted new one. didn.t fly.can't beleave they didn't test it why'll it was there. they didn.t get a hold of freightliner but i think what went worng day we took owner ship insted of sch with repair sch we talk to mantince manager.and somehow didn.t get in.i know there swamped but were full time so what do full timers do when have to leave mh in shop.thanks for letting me vent and sorry for miss spell words

When I was fulltimer, I always stayed overnight in my MH when getting service.

I didn't FT but I never left my MH. I stayed and waited with it till it was done. Of course I never had anything major that required a long stay but if I did , I'd be there in person or on the phone making sure they lived up to the promised completion date. When you leave it and say you'll be back in two weeks , they work on mine because I'm there waiting .
