quick story. had new slide toppers put on in jan 09. in feb 10 noticed the cloths were seperating. called c/w in myrtle beach told them my problem they looked up everything up told me i was out of warranty and to call dometic that they might help me out (no problem i can do that) called dometic. told them my problem.they said no problem we will do a customer good will since you are not that far out of warranty(cool i like that) called c/w asked them to call dometic to get the new one shipped out (they did as they were asked).c/w called me when the topper was in and set up a appointment to have it put on. all this took less than 7days from 1st contact to install.(i think that is good customer service) thanks to c/w and dometic for their good service.
