Gotta give Kudos.

I've had a very small leak somewhere under my bathroom sink for a little while. Couldn't trace it out and couldn't figure out where or when the floor got wet. Last weekend my son took it out and told me all went well but there was a little water on the floor and the carpet in the bedroom seemed a little wet. He leaned it all up and dried it out. He cleaned it all up and flushed the black tank and when he got done found more water. Rather than put it back in storage he brought it home and we tried everything with no results until we decided to try the black tank flush...you got it the back flow preventer was putting out water. We removed the part, B & B Molders model 571.

Ok, so much for irrelevant history. On the 19th I emailed the company asking for help in obtaining a new one. On the 23rd, they got back to me expressing their apology for any inconvenience this may have caused. They said they would send me a free replacement with a postage paid envelope for the broken part. I received it today. Who could ask for more?

Word to the wise. We were told that there should be a check valve in the black tank flush but never looked into it. This was well hidden under our sink as high up as they could get it. Anyway I'm sold on B & B Molders.
