Great customer service from Recreation Nation

We purchased the RVND 7710 GPS unit at the FMCA rally in Indy last Thursday from Recreation Nation (RN). Didn't have time to open the box & check the contents before we left. Once home I discovered the cradle & stylus were missing from the box. The cradle is necessary to attach the GPS to the suction cup mount.

I shot off an email Sunday to RN to which April Klein replied that evening apologizing for the omission & offering to send them out. I come home today & there's an envelope, with the cradle & stylus inside, sitting on my doorstep.

Thank you April & RN for such a prompt response. That type of service is very appreciated.
