Great folks to deal with!!

I'm not sure if this is the correct place to place this but this is a "These guys are great to deal with" plug.
We were headed out on vacation from Western Washington to North Eastern Washington when we sprang awater leak in our Gally. It was Saturday morning and of course, nobody was open, and Good Sam Roadside service doesn't work on weekends!!! We called and called but nobody was open to help us fix our RV.
We called "Roadrunner RV Repair" in Ephrata, who was only open for "parts".
We continued our treck deciding that a dry camp was better than no camp.
About an hour later, we received a call from Roadrunner and they said they couldn't stand the thought of us going off on vacation with a broken RV, so they called in a mechanic to help us.
It turned out to be a broken fitting in our water filter. They also discovered some other "problems" that Camping World (Tacoma) had left undone after winterization. All dealing with the water system, sink traps left open, the water tanks left open.
Bottom line, an hour spent and $40.00 later and we were on the road!!
If you are traveling thru Central Washington and in need of RV work, I would recommend you call: Roadrunner RV Repair, 1290 Basin St. NW, Ephrata, WA 98823 (509) 754-4451 and have them help you!

I gotta give props to the folks at Acme - makers of the EZE-Tow Dolly.
Car Tow Dolly -The Lightest and Toughest Tow Dolly For All Car Towing Needs - Acme Car Tow Dolly Company

Especially Brandon, who is often stuck answering the phone when dummies like me call asking something like "What do I do if I don't have my Backing lock-out key?"

The worst story I have heard is another owner on this forum just got a replacement under warranty after having a failure due to using a restraint system from the mfgt where the restraint system was discontinued for poor design. The owner didn't know, but lived through heck because of it...BTW if you have an EZE-Tow, immediately STOP using the ARS chain tie-down!!

They are good folks! And, the owner is reportedly fighting a life threatening illness at this time, so send all the prayers and/or good vibes you can muster for someone that has contributed alot to our hobby.
