great rv escapes

Received invitation to join 50% off from outfit called "Great RV Escapes". They seem to have the same campgrounds as Passport America. But you do not have to pay yearly dues. One time payment. So, has anyone used this provider ?? Any good/bad things to offer ??

Hi, Tom:

Check out this link - it's been discussed before on iRV2:

Great RV Escapes

We use KOA and Good Sam. The Passport America parks near us weren't great or didn't have discounts available on weekends.

YES

NO NO NO RUN, RUN the opposite direction. I joined before reading about it on this site. I called my bank and put a stop payment on the Debit card and was successful. I checked out some of the CG that they use and was told that they never have heard of the company.
Check BBB and other sites. Not to good of a rating. JMO,
Tim

I joined a few months back and then I saw a thread about them. Some complaining they could get no one to answer the phone. I became afraid they were a scam. I placed a call and a lady answered and I explained that I chose to cancel. She said okay and that payment would be credited back to credit card. I thought sure it will after all I read on this forum, but about 3 days later the credit was put on my card. I have no knowledge if they are a good organization, but they gave me my money back with no questions.
