On Friday, while driving to the Texas Boomer rally, we developed a leak in our air system. I noticed that the compressor was having to cycle about every 4 minutes to keep our air pressure up. Fortuantely, it happened close to the rally location.

On Saturday, Bob Wurch, one of our fellow rally members called Automotive Technology Cneter in Kingwood, TX, explained our plight and was able to get Wendel, the owner, to look at our RV. He found the problem in 10 minutes, had it fixed in an hour and we were on our way. Because we were from out of town, he took us above some of his other work.

We learned that Automotive Technology is an authorized service center for Freightliner and most of the RV appliances so Wendel has a solid support structure behind him. Just being around him, it became clear that he is one of those very gifted techs with a great diagnostic ability.

For any of you lucky enough to live in the area, I strongly recommend taking your maintenance and repairs to Automotive Technology Center, 23650 Kingwood Place Dr., Kingwood, TX 77339. I sure would love to have someone like this in the Dallas area.
