As others have said, we must tell everyone when something good happens.
We had some service work done at Country Coach in Junction City, Org. It was my fault
that I did not tell them that I had a service contract. The work was performed and everything worked
. It was at the time that I was paying the bill, that the "Brain Light" went off
and I inquired about turning it into the service contract people.
I was informed that I should have to gotten in touch with them prior to the work being done, not after it was done. I paid the bill and went on.
After getting back from the trip, some 4 months later, I contacted "American
Guardian Warranty Services" and inquired about turning in the bill for any
reimbursement. They informed me that if I write a letter stating what happened and why I did not get in touch with them
prior to the work, they would review it and let me know. Well low and behold....we got a check
from them for the work that was done, minus the deductible
. I know alot of questions come up about extra warranty contracts and the payment and non-payment some have suffered.
But I do need to praise American Guardian Warranty
, for accepting my excuse for forgetting to notify them prior to the work being done.
Just letting everyone know...
