Great Service-Lincoln, NE

Moderator-please move if there's a more appropriate forum.

Entegra CS contacted Apache Camper Center (ACC) in Lincoln, NE; sent parts needed and gave me contact information. Matt at ACC got us in the following Friday and resolved our issues promptly and courteously.
The technician noticed a small pool of coolant and showed it to me. Upon inspection, we saw that the sight-glass on the coolant tank was cracked. Matt then took it upon himself to contact Stephenson Truck Repair, also in Lincoln, and arranged for someone to look at it right away. Stevenson contacted Spartan Chassis, got authorization, and got me back on the road in less than an hour. Great Service all around!

Great report and wish there were more out there with that kind of service reports.
