Question Green NON-toxic RV Mattress

So I'm on a quest to find a non-toxic green mattress for my RV. I'm currently looking at the MobilePlush Eco Green RV Mattress & the Luxury Cool-MAX Gel Foam RV Mattress II. Does anyone have any experience or know anything at all about either of these mattresses or any non-toxic mattresses on the market out there? This is the only article I've found on the subject. Any and all suggestions are useful and welcome. Thanks in advance.

Take a large cloth bag the size of the bed platform. Fill it with straw. Close the end, sleep. Alternate, fill the bag with goose feathers.

These are about as 'green' as bedding gets, all natural materials!

Considering it looks like you own a 7.3 diesel (i do as well).. are you trying to become libertard carbon neutral? If so, the bed is last on my list vs comfort. I love my tempurpedic!

Ah the infamous 7.3 that the feds made Ford/International stop producing 'cause the emissions were so bad!
Yep, that's my pickup! It's running just fine on 100% USED vegetable oil. How much are you payin' for diesel?
