There is a scam going around where you get an electronic greeting card and when you click on the link and spy program gets loaded on your PC. It gathers your information and sends back next time you connect to the web. Those are normally sent with no name on the sent line.

and this is the body
Create Fun and Easy Greeting Cards This Year
What if we told you that you could create your holiday greeting cards "” complete with one or more photos "” and an email announcement to family and friends in less than 10 minutes? By creating your cards online, you can save time and money "” and we all know how valuable both of those are this time of year!

We have all new holiday SiteBuilder themes for you to use, so log into your Member Area and check them out. You can also add the ultimate personalization that carries through the rest of the year by adding a family domain name (i.e. thejonesfamily.com) by clicking on the "My Domains" tab.

Already planning on sending out a printed card? Include your website address and lead everyone to even more photos and the ultimate brag letter. For a few ideas take a peek at Season's Greetings from the Jones Family
and other stuff it was signed Michael C

So beware if it isnot legit

FYI - an email can be "spoofed" from just about anywhere/anyone. If you have an email program that will show all headers, you can usually get some more information to see where it actually came from.

Trust no one. You did right by asking. This thread will self destruct in 5...4...3...

As others have mentioned, we are not involved in this in any fashion...

Seems I get a similar type of email from Ebay and Paypal begging me to click on it....

Thanks for asking the question...
