Gutter spout reseal.

I am going to install gutter spouts. How should I reseal the ends of the gutter when I am finished?
Thanks in advance.

You're referring to where you have to loosen the gutter enough to slip the plastic underneath, right? I put Dicor sealant behind the gutter and spout, then drove a screw through them and coated it with Dicor_the kind for vertical surfaces. That was on our 5er, I'm going to install them on our MH, but instead of loosening the gutter I plan to just cut the plastic to butt against the gutter and hold it in place with auto trim glue strip. I have no idea if this will work long-term-but- nothing ventured nothing gained.

Gutter spout reseal.

I recently had to replace a missing gutter spout on our MH. I removed the sealant from the end of the gutter and took screw out.
Coated behind the new spout and slid spout behind the gutter replaced screw then went around the edges to seal it up again.
I used Geocel 28100V Pro Flex Crystal Clear RV Flexible Sealant. This is similar to the sealant any used on the current gutter and windows.

Thanks. I like Ray's idea about butting and glueing.
