Had experience with Whitehorse RV Center, NJ?

Just wondering if anyone out there has had good or bad experiences with Whitehorse RV Center in New Jersey. We are thinking of investigating/buying a Jayco Seneca. They have several on their lot and wanted to know about their post sale customer service. We live several hours away from this dealership but would still like to buy from them if reputable. Any thoughts appreciated, thank you!

I have used them for parts a few times and they were always nice to do business with.

I had a nice experiences there. That's a joke. We live 3.4 to 4 hrs away from there. Found a RV there we liked went through it and told them what we wanted fixed. They said ok drove back up to pick it up. they only Fixed one thing. The battery system was not hooked up so we could not see anything work at first our fault not for have them hook it up to sure power. Step where about to fall off when we were going through our walk around. It had a bra on front again my fault that i didn't check behind it. They were taking the bra off to show me were to check the oil almost said I know how to do that. This would be our 3rd RV glad I didn't, when they took if off the front end was damaged said they didn't know anything about it. The worker said they rush us through these to get them out. When we told them we didn't want it we became nobody's to them. BE CAREFUL!!!!!!!!
