Has your sales team contacted you after the sale?

I got my second follow-up from our salesman today.

He wanted to know if we were enjoying our coach, if we were having any issues or concerns about it, if we had any questions about the operation of anything, reminded us that if there were any warranty issues the parts department would be happy to make arrangements for parts delivery where ever we were and just asked about us generally.

The dealer - Lichtsinn Motors.

Are we happy with being treated like valued customers? Of course.

Lichtsinn Motors has a very good customer service reputation. I need to go back up there and see their new dealership facility, last time I was there it was under construction.

Nope, not a word. I saw my salesman during my return visits and got nothing more than a hello.

Meh, I'm not going back anyhow. Turns out they suck.

We have had at least 4 calls from our dealer since buying the MH just to see how we were doing and if we had any questions. Also one of the times we brought it in for service we hung out after they closed and talked about stuff for a couple hours, while we had something to eat. Sent us a Christmas Card too. Also made sure that all our questions were answered and we were totally satisfied with our purchase. Dealer- Tom Lindstrom Inc. Moorpark California

Thor Motor Coach and Total Value

We have received two calls from Thor Motor Coach and two from our dealer, Total Value RV Sales in Elkhart, IN, just making sure everything is OK with our new coach. Couldn't be happier.

No, I had to call them. General RV in Illinois left me high & dry with one PDI issue.

Send a message via MSN to KennyGolub
Not only did I not hear from him anymore, but he didn't respond to my email until I complained.

Yep, They contacted us next day, then within a couple of weeks, then about every other month, until warranty expired (generally e-mail). We still get contacted regularly after 18 months.

And... the Salesperson left the dealership about 4 months after purchase, so all the other calls were at dealer direction.

Lichtsinn in Forest City ,Iowa was our selling dealer

Nope. Never heard a word from Safford RV, on I-95 in Thornburg, Va., between Fredericksburg and Richmond.

I also haven't heard anything from Safford RV. Even after calling and emailing the salesman about issues.
