Hats off for Dave's RV's

I feel compelled to issue a public "thank you" to Dave's RV's, Claremore, OK, for the manner in which they have dealt with the issues suffered by our 2013 Thor ACE 29.2

We purchased the then 1 year old coach in 2014 with 9700 miles. Not long after purchase the step motor quit. Their service people worked us in and replaced the step motor under warranty. This year we found our radio worked only occasionally, Jensen JRV212TB. Before that could be dealt with, our leveling jacks quit working. Then the slideout refused to extend on one end.

Dave's RV's worked us into their busy service schedule and after about 10 days in their hands, all work was completed AND all was done either under the component manufacturer's warranty or by our extended warranty.

Above all this though was the professional and extremely courteous manner in which our concerns were heard and how we were treated. I'm not sure I've ever experienced this before by a dealer of anything with wheels on it.

Hats off to Dave's RVs, Claremore, OK, and the guys in the service department.
