Looks like things may start sooner, not later...
Looks like I need someone who can install a "hook-up" on a piece of property I will be buying on Long Island.
Anybody know somebody ?
send me an email with a phone number.

Long Island is a big place. Care to narrow it down?

Phone the local IBEW Electricians Union hall. These folks know exactly what is required. For your information purposes, this website is invaluable.

Ray Thanks, it lets me know how little I really know about the 50 amp service in my rig.

Thanks for the tip to the electricians union. And the website, good reading and info too.
Meanwhile, I found the company that makes cyclonic windmills that you can mount on a house (almost? No vibration).
Models from 500-12,000 watts and free hot water heaters too. Http://www.wepower.us
When I'm ready I will get prices and see if they are ok vibration.wise on a TT.
The 500 water only needs a 3mph wind to start. I wonder what the back stream wind on a TT is when yer doing 60 down the highway.
Obviously can't roof mount, to many low bridges unless you want to install motorized up and down ? :-)))
