Same thing happened to my a/c fan, just old in a 79 rv. Fortunately found a local mobil RV repair guy who is very reasonable and he came out climbed up, checked to see if quick fix, not, but he had a used one still good. Installed it works great and I now have a/c. Total cost for 2 trips out and pulling apart the 2nd time to install used motor=$150.00. Me Happy Camper. If in area: Carren RV, mobile RV repair service. 706-556-8176, Harlem GA.

www.victoryclimatesystems.com made 90% of all RV systems. They have a parts manual on-line to include those plastic vents that break when screwed in to tight...........

Happy to hear that you got a new motor ordered.

BTW, I don't think it's a "gender thing"
I think it's a universal "RVer thing".....(guys have similar problems).

Great news! The part I ordered from Amazon did the trick! She is back up and running and we are cool! Thanks for everyone's advise! Now on to trying to pick a sewer hose that will last!

Thanks again!
