Hidden meaning to flamingo decorations?!

It's there really a hidden meaning to having your RV or lot decorated on the outside with flamingo stuff?

Plastic flamingos are gauche. I might be okay with real flamingos.

Sorry Don.. haven’t seen that one, even as a 2 time cancer survivor fighting my 3rd. Pink is the colour of women’s cancer support, but the flamingo thing is either birthday or (some say) lifestyles/swingers. ��

Surprisingly, if you Google "flamingo breast cancer" you'll get a whole lot of images of them being associated with BC.

Lawn flamingos are a inside joke in our family.. Mom hates them an someone is always putting a few on her lawn just to rile her up..

Late DW hated them so whenever I found some I'd put them in the shopping cart. Never did get through the checkout with them though!
