You need to do exactly as you are told by the physio. The exercises they give you are very important.

Mike, do you know what kind of joint you received? I'm trying to read up on them as much as possible and the ones I've seen are metal on metal with no spacer, metal ball and socket with plastic spacer, ceramic on ceramic, and metal with polyethlene spacer. Will see what the doctor in Wichita, Kansas prefers or suggests at my next appointment in March.
