Holding tank additive ingredient
This may help with your decision when considering buying these products:
What am I putting in my holding tanks?
An aside to this is, for future information requests; MSDS's are being replaced with a new global design, and it is called SDS, the UN dropped the word Material, so now it is Safety Data Sheet.
Note the bottom of the last page, particularly note 2.

Great info. I've recently switched to an enzyme - bacteria product with pro-biotic nutrients. After a month of full time use, I'm impressed. I intend to write a blog post about it soon.

I use a two part chemical, Hydrogen Hydroxide..
Advantages: Cheap, non poluting, Works as well as the expensive stuff, And easily found at most every campground.
And if you do not recoginize that chemical
HOH,, or if you like H20,, It is water.

We mix a gal jug of:
40oz Pine Pinsole
Fill with Water (shake well)
Add 1/2 cup of Calgon Bath Beads (shake well)
8ozs Black Tank
4ozs Gray Tank
P.S. We only treat every 3rd dump

Yep, plain water and what you deposit are the only things you should be putting in your tanks, with the exception of some type of soap cleaner occasionally just before hitting the road to keep the sensors clean.

We are too. I have also had excellent results with Odorlos. 100% biodegradable. Works really well but prefer the powder Happy Camper over carrying any liquid.
Edit - and now I see they have a powder form... may give it a try too.

Water as the additive has worked for over 20 years for me.
I do put a little RidX in at my winter spot because I am hooked to a single home septic system there.

For over 14 years I've added a cap full of liquid Rid-X to both of my 50 gal waste tanks after dumping.
