Honda EU3000is & 7000 generator & running AC?

I've got a 50amp 36' TT with (2) AC units. I don't yet own a generator. Obviously I wouldn't be able to run both AC units, but would a single EU3000is run one of the AC units without issue...or would I be better off going to the EU7000is?

It will more be for occasional use (tailgating, etc), rather than a ton of dry camping...but I don't mind spending the extra for the 7000 if it can serve as an emergency generator, or would allow me to do more

If weight and space isn't a problem, the big one...

as you are well aware the 3000 won't run both a/c's, but the 7000 will. Definitely go with the 7000, you won't be disapointed.

I have a Honda EU3000is generator. It will hum along all day long on a tank of fuel powering 1 AC unit and several other smaller loads. It will not run 2 AC systems.

If it needs to be portable, then the smaller 3000 generator may work. If you have a permanent compartment and it will fit, the 7000 will run most everything including two AC units. Of course it is a bigger investment.
If you travel in the south or southwest in the summer, then you will certainly need both AC systems.

Weight affects portability so if that is a factor the 2 3000i's in series is the answer. otherwise the 7000i.

X2 on the parallel set. More versatile. Can take 1 if you want or both if needed
