How bout those college kids !!!

My wife and I are getting ready to watch our baby grad from college. This will be our 4th from school. First 2 boys Bayler and Tex university and Last 2 girls Tex A&M and my baby Tex tech. Like the last 3 it takes my breath away. I am so proud of all 4. I grew up in the Alaskan oil field I started picking up trash and 23 yrs later I retired. I have known my wife since I was 12 and we married when we were 21 and our above average kids have followed there dreams and made us sooo PROUD!! My hat is off to there mom. We just pulled in to Lubbock and the beer is cold. Gee wiz. I look at all 4 kids and where did the time go. We have no more kids under our supervision. You guys give em HELL!!

Congrats Janice & John - no small feat raising 4 kids who can get out on their own and be productive citizens. Nice work.

We're 50% there, one done (on her own & employed) and one in nursing school.

Congratulations on having 4 kids graduate from those insitutes higher learning. You should be very proud of your family.

We're dealing with a niece starting in a university in New York City as a drama major. With tuition around $50K per year plus the expense of living in Manhattan, we're scared for our 18 year old. I just wish I could say the job market's good for a young thesbian--and that she's going to be able to support herself.

Congrats, that's quite an accomplishment for your Kids, as well as You and your Wife. I know what you mean, there's no way we could be old enough to see our kids graduate from High School, let alone College...where did all those years go and we never got any older.
