How Do You Handle Slow Mergers?
Mergers are best when slow. It allows better speculation on whether to sell the mer-ger stock, or buy the mer-gee stock, or just do a call, put, or keep. Not easy no matter how it goes.

I just shake my head when I read some responses. We all have to share the same road. Even if you are in the right, what good is that if you end up hurt or someone ends up worse? Was it worth it to be right?
Move over if you can safely. What does it cost ya? Even today's truckers know enough to do this. If you have to break speed, break speed! That may be somebody's granddaughter trying to merge and not having much experience. What if it were yours? Would you hope others would yield to her to avoid an accident?

I can't let others spoil my long awaited retirement and life out on the road in our RV. Life out on the road is a daily adventure...is everyday perfect....no...is every Campground perfect...no.....it's all part of our daily adventure and it's much better than work !

I'll just do like many of us do, move over one lane if I can to let them in or keep on going till the merger car or small vehicule makes an idiot stop or that it accelerates out of my way; for truckers or RV's, if I cannot move over one lane, I'll slow down and signal them to merge in with my driving lights.

I don't hold with moving over to the left for people merging because that encourages morons in the notion that the merger has the right of way. I'll stick to my lane and carry on as usual, though in readiness of having to slow down to let some knothead in.

I want a cell phone blocker signal, for around my rig. That way they won't be reading any texts or chatting, when near me.
Maybe with nothing better to do, they will pay attention to driving.

I have read all the previous posts and am amazed that no one has even come close to trying to merge in front/back of my rig.

Let me begin by stating-I love my air horns! As far as I'm concerned people have three choices. 1. Mash the gas 2. Stab the brake 3. Learn to drive in the ditch. If you can't or won't "merge" properly stay off the expressway. Flame away but don't get in my way.

Your MH has to be capable of going down the highway before people can merge in front of you.

And the best part is when they decide to merge behind the MH and surprise surprise , there is a Toad there.
I'm glad I don't have to wash their undies !
