How Many Folks Use Their RV For Tailgating

Just curious on this one. How many folks use their RV for tailgating? Whether it's a $500 burning man special or a high dollar Beaver, Monaco, or whatever. We see them all when we tailgate.

We didn't miss a single game last year for the UNR Football season, and the year before we drove from Reno to San Fran, to watch UNR whoop butt, on Boston College in the Kraft Fight Hunger bowl, at AT&T park.

Seems that most of the folks tailgating are there for the game and a little partying beforehand. You're not frowned upon if you're in a cheapo set up or luxury set up. You're not even frowned upon if you're set up is a $10 throw away grill and an ice chest behind you're SUV, in the parking lot.

We overnight on Friday and attend the game on Saturday. Most times we overnight on Sat also and head home on Sunday morning. We're on asphalt and their's no forest but man is it fun. We do have a small tree next to our spot. Looks kinda foresty when you look out the window and see it.

Have not used it for tailgating per say but have used it for daughter graduation from UF a couple times and use it in the infields of NASCAR race weekends.

I bet the infield partying at a NASCAR race is a lot of fun. Haven't been to a race in a long time. Last one was at Sears Point, before it was re-named to Infinion.

One of the main reasons I jumped in... Try to get all the Texas A&M home games, and now with the joining the SEC, I might try a few away games..

We use it to tailgate at Colorado Rapids MLS games and as a "homebase" for kids soccer teams between games at a tournament. Memorial Day weekend my kids had 12 games and there was a Rapids game Saturday night.

This weekend we have two kids playing 3v3 soccer all weekend and will use the RV again as a homebase between games. We stock the fridge with water and sports drinks, have tons of snacks, kick on the AC and they can relax between games.

Thankful to have the RV!!
