All my life. Born in Lapeer, Dad born in Farmington, Granddad born in Detroit, live in Casco (near Marine City). Figure the snow may keep the crowds down today at the RV show. I know i can go thru most anything, just worry about those other people on the roads.

If you are looking at FL state parks I am sitting in the finest, bar none.
Topsail Hill Preserve, at Santa Rosa Beach which is just West of Destin. It was a high end private owned park and the state bought it. Check out the FL state park web site.

We live in Pinckney in Livingston County. We leave for Florida on the 21st, 1 week in Florida and 1 week in Savannah GA. I wish I had a snow blower, this year has been brutal!

We live in Allendale. With all this snow it is hard to see if we still have our TT. Everything is white. I think I can find it for our Alaska trip this year. Rich & Mary.

Going to the Novi RV show today. May the patron saint of wise investments protect me! Never mind, my wife's going with me, I'm safe.

We did NOT buy. We did NOT buy.
Somewhat underwhelmed at the lack of DP's at the show.
Because, as the sales guy from General said, all the smart DP owners travel to the South this time of the year!

Wife and I grew up in Waterford, moved to Highland in 1975, plan on staying in our home forever. I am one of the goofy ones, I like winter, so we head to FL (Anna Maria island area) for November, put the RV and Jeep in storage near the Sarasota airport and fly home for winter. Return mid March and drive the rig home end of April. Manage a week or two at the Platte River campground in the Sleeping Bear NP in July, and a weekend or two at the Silver Lake dunes and a weekend at Cedar Pointe in October with the kids and grandkids. We watch the little one while everyone else rides the coasters all day long. We stay away from the camper shows, too tempting. The greatest winter in a long time as far as snowmobiling goes, but only made it north once so far as my boys have trouble scheduling weekends with their kids.
