I've always just used RV antifreeze, and had a bypass on my hot water heater. It's easy to use the trailer later in the Spring/Winter and re-winterize it a second time.

Remember to open the hot water heater drain. I know a guy who has 3.

I use just air for all lines and anti-freeze in drained. I have been doing this for over 20 years with no problems. The only time I used anti-freeze my wife made coffee with it. So now you know why I don't use it lol. When I Winterized I'm never in a hurry and go over it at least 3 times.
