How To: Properly Clean an RV Roof

Not for the feint of heart ladies. The men will appreciate this. But you do have to understand that it took me 50+ years to accomplish this.

How to: Properly Clean An RV Roof

When the first slide comes up, just click on the little arrow on the bottom of the screen. Move your mouse and you should see it.

Of course, for the right price.....nah! That would be carrying it a little to far (so she would say.)

Nope! I have past photos of previous RV's that I can post. She wanted to take a picture of me sitting in my chair, watching, sipping, but I said it would spoil my fun.

The older we get, the wiser we get..........

The first time I had my roof cleaned, it was by an RV place---BIG BUCKS $$$$$$$$

Weekend before last I paid a kid (20 years old) $ 10.00 x 2.5 hours. He was estatic to be making such big bucks!

//////////////////////////////////////////////

Then the next weekend I paid him $ 10.00 an hour x 4 hours to wax it.

Priceless.....

Of course I supervised to make sure he didn't fall off of the ladder.

Could I borrow him - I pay $12.50/hour

BUT - Where did you find one that wasn't sleeping in until noon because he had partied until 3:00 am. Then of course, when he got up he was too busy texting or Face Book-ing, telling his buddies that he hadn't seen since they left the party how much fun they were going to have again 'tonight'

His mother worked at the state park we were at and made sure that he showed up, ready to work at 9:00 AM.

We bank at "Happy State Bank" and he discussed it with his mother, thinking it was a scam! He apparently didn't have much experience with something as old fashioned as a "check".
