The only difference between a computer salesman and a motor home salesman is that the computer salesman knows when he is lying to you.

Read it a couple of times... till it sinks in.

While you have Ferd on the phone, tell 'em that I'm pissed about the recall. Thx.

I hope you get yours back soon, our new 5er is still in for warranty work, been there since Nov 11. They keep taking it out to make room for everybody's service and then have to wait for a spot to put it back inside to work on it. Was told today when I asked if it would be another month, "Oh no we could build a whole new one in that time". What am I missing?

Thanks Judy. I just hope I don't have to take it back for something they screwed up.

"JudyH w/Husband & 2 girl dogs". Sounds like DH is out numbered.

Maybe a local TV station can light a fire under.... and get your toy back.

Really? I've had good luck with the BBB getting unmotivated slackers moving.

I filed a complaint with the BBB years ago. They sided with a gun shop owner who was selling to gang members and couldn't even write a legible reply.
