A shake down trip to TUCSON and back with no load might be in order.

The batteries may be an issue, Sun City should have feed them from time to time,

However from the sounds of what the O/P wrote, the delay in getting the rig repaired is not Sun City's fault but the extended warranty company dogging it.

I know the feeling.. Had a car get crunched once (Some idiot in a cadillac played freeway billiards with me, Put the ball (My car) in the side pocket (Off on an exit ramp) when he changed lanes suddenly into the one I happened to occupy at the time and place) (Troopers are still wondering how I kept it wheels down by the way)

Well... The insurance took weeks to approve the repairs. Then the body shop did them quickly and even delivered it to my office for me (Across the street from the shop)

I'm afraid they'd leave it on the one stage charger and boil the batteries dry. I'm not going to say anything now as they have already taken some life out of them. I'd rather hit them once with dead batteries.

Is it worse to let a battery go low once or have one go low often?

I've always had my body work done quickly. One time when I got a rental and filled the tank, the work was done before I used 1/3 a tank. Rental company wouldn't reimburse me either.

I've been on the I-10 west of Phoenix so many times, I'm bored before I make it to Avondale.

How about taking the Apache Trail?

Your coach is still in the shop!! Oh man, that sucks! The company I worked for used to buy Ford 1 tons with v10s and they got abused from day 1 and seemed ok. If it were mine I would do like said above and do a shake down cruise 200 miles or so.

I wonder if mine was ever broken in right. It only had 15K on it when I got it. The PO's husband got dementia and they had to sell everything. So maybe the wife babied it for 15K. Don't know.

Same thing happened to me with the BBB. Gun dealer warrantied a used shotgun I bought for 90 days. It broke the first time I used it and he said he would honor the warranty and ordered the parts. When they came in, he charged me full price for them. Denied he warrantied it. The letter he sent to the BBB had misspellings and poor grammar. Words were even crossed out. He said I wanted something for nothing and denied he warrantied it. BBB said case closed.
