HUD regulation to outlaw full time living in RV's?

Have you seen this proposed regulation? It appears to make living in a park model or RV full time, not authorized.. i.e illegal. I guess you could interpret it a few ways.

Not sure how it would be enforced though.

Nothing will come of this for full-time RVers.

The Escapees RV Club has already fired off to them their take on it as have others prominent in the RV world.

This has also already been discussed on many of these RV forums.

So will the housing dispersed to flood evacuees and those temporary housing units used after Katrina and all be outlawed too?What about trailer homes? Thousands of folks live in those....
