HWH Stuck in Travel Mode

2009 Tiffin Allegro Bus 43 QRP. We had a sudden failure of the HWH system (625). While levelling, jacks stopped and returned. The park brake is on. The travel mode light on the touch panel is on. The jacks are up and the slides are out. The pump when activated by slide or jack buttons runs and sounds like it is fee wheeling with no load. The two link lights are flashing brightly, one on the touch panel the other on the control box under the coach. In the control box the yellow travel mode light is on, the red travel mode light is off. Fuse is good. We have tried re-gounding the pump and tapping the shuttle valve.
We have a call into HWH but they will not call us back for a week or more. Can anyone offer any suggestions other than screaming and drinking multiple beers. We are stranded in our driveway and winter is closing in.

it sounds like the shuttle valve is stuck. if you can check the pressure from the pump with a gauge, it should read about 3200 lbs. if you check pressure at one of the jack connections, it should be the same. if not replace the shuttle valve. download a service manual from our website. it will help with the diagnostics.

If your jacks are up. I believe you can bypass the shuttle valve with a little effort to bring the slides in until you can replace the shuttle valve.

In reading the schematic diagram for levelling system control box we found it say's "if a yellow LED light is lite and corresponding red LED light is off, it is either the fuse is blown or the relay is bad". Can the relay be replace or does the board have to be replaced?

First let me disclaim I don't have a copy of your manual. Travel mode sounds like it is a condition that would prevent the jacks from deploying. Try Parking Brake on/ off to see if the travel mode lights change state. If no change look at the switch on the parking brake. Jacks coming up says that the shuttle valve is in the " flow into the reservoir position. You can remove the valve, inspect it for free movement and cleanliness, lube the o-rings and reinstall. Good luck.

thanks so much! We have checked the parking brake it seems OK. the jacks were deploying and suddenly stopped and reversed. The valve is hard to get to and we are concerned about doing more damage. We have found a hydraulics shops here that is willing to do a service call. It is such a specialized system is it hard to find people to work on it and HWH now says they will get back to us in two weeks. We wrote to Tiffin to see if they might be able to fast track HWH's response. Again Thanks if is nice to know there are caring folks out there. Best!
