I broke the tire guru's rules

I put new tires on my coach 2 weeks ago and went with my own gut feeling about what to put on.
I put a set of 1100r 22.5 Firestone rated H all position tires on and the old girl rides and handles like a dream.

They put 95 psi in them all and it felt a little squishy, I upped the fronts to 105 and the rears to 100 and it handles and rides just fine.

I am Happy!

We've used the Bridgestone 19.5 G rated tires on our coach for many years with zero issues. If I'm not mistaken, I believe Bridgestone owns Firestone, so they should be great tires.

Best of luck & safe travels.....

Yep, he broke rule #143 of the forum.

You can't just go out and buy new tires. That doesn't give us anything to talk about. You have to open a thread on buying tires (the 2,341st thread) and give everyone a chance to comment on which ones to buy, the bad experiences they had with brand X, where to buy, how much to pay, etc.

He took all the fun out of it for the rest of us.

Thanks for the heads up.

I was close to making that error myself in a couple of weeks !
Stay tuned for my upcoming " What Tire Should I Buy", thread!

You really should weigh your coach and use it to calculate pressures...

Crap (can I say that on the forum?) I went out and purchased tires and did not even post it. Which rule did I break?

#144 that's the worst one 'cause nobody could even comment.

The sentence I think is "drive forth in peace"
