I escaped from the void.

I escaped from the void.

We have been trapped in a never never land for a whole week!!
No TV, No Internet, Children everywhere.
We have been at a Thousand Trails park, called Paradise, in Washington State. First time we ever stayed at a TT park, I thought at first it was a prisoner camp, Gate Guard and all.
Cool park though, old growth timber, on the side of a hill, with views on the way up to die for, at 945 feet elevation, it’s a bit of a hill climb for a mile and a half from highway 12.

Voids are good. They give one time to reflect on life and to get to know yourself and others who are sharing the void with you. Voids are also a good time to read that book you wanted to read.

That is one of the things I have found about many TT parks. The parks tend to be older, and often the 120vac is.. more like 110vac or even 100 vac (or less).

But the staff tends to be rather good, and the members rather nice, and there is just something abut the area that .... Gets to you.. In your case the view on the way up to die for.

I belong to two membership parks.. I will change parks tomorrow for my week out as it were, The other park, on paper, is a much nicer park, much nicer facilities, much larger, better sites, nearly all new, better power, I mean I could go on and on about why the other park is better than the thousand trails park I'm parked in now.

So why do I like this park more?

Send a message via ICQ to Fred and Bonnie
I would suggest using

RV Park Reviews :: Home
RV Park Reviews :: Silver Creek, Washington ( WA ) - RV Parks and Campground Reviews

prior to visiting any park you have not previously stayed.
