I made a mistake.....

... and ordered from Adventure RV, RV Parts, RV Accessories RV Supplies Priced Low
In these times there is just no excuse for ultra slow shipping and then not to be able to talk with someone on the phone. So they ask you to "Chat" and when you do the moron on the other ends tells you that he does not have access to order information and that I need to start a ticket. So now I am planning on starting my trip in a week and have no part nor no clue where it is in the order. Though they took my money a week ago.
My mistake, as I was looking for the best price. I just should have gone through Amazon as I have done with all other parts.

The fact that he does not have access to shipping information doesn't make him a "moron" It's the company he works for.

Give me a break.

I just got the tracking info and it says it was delivered on the 16th to CA! I live in CT. Most likely the incorrect tracking number. Being I cant talk to anyone I am getting no where slowly.
So it looks like my hard earned money is being screwed with. This is stuff that happened 10 years ago, and no excuse for it in 2014.

I can certainly understand your frustration! Hope you can get it worked out! Sometimes we have to learn lessons the hard way!

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

You sound pretty frustrated to the point of name-calling. Is the Adventure phone number that was so unhelpful the 865 429-3698 number?

Called that number, yes. Was a recording telling you that they won't talk to you on the phone and you need to use there on line chat.

I received the part I ordered, but it had been taken out of the package and shipped for about 1/2 the price they charged me.

One experience was plenty. Too many other vendors out there.

I've been quite happy with the way I was treated by RVupgrades | RV Accessories, Parts and Supplies
The owner of that business founded, and used to own and operate irv2.com
Their pricing is reasonable too.

I'm very sorry to hear of your problems with this vendor. I have bought many things from them over the years and had formed the opinion that they are an excellent vendor.

I wouldn't write the company based on one experience. If there enough positive reviews I would think its been a one off experience and give them a second chance....

As of now I have heard nothing back from this company on where my order is.
Yes, I am frustrated. I needed this part to head of on my travels next week. Now not only do I not have a clue where it is, but they took my money and refuse any returns or cancellations. So now I may end up with two of these parts as I may have to order one from amazon, if in fact I ever get this one from Adventure.

I've had very good results with PPL Motorhomes Parts Dept and RVUpgrades.com, plus Amazon as well.

Nothing arrived today, and they are still not communicating with me on this. Of course stuff I ordered from amozon last week arrived today.
Guess I need to order the part off amazon today and deal with Adventure later.

I looked at there reviews and see some with 5 stars but the review is negative. Also did not realize that they put their reviews in order of best to worst, so unless you ask for the worst to best you don't see all the very poor reviews.
