Ya know, I gotta say that I'm not a fan of Camping World, I've just found them priced too high. But I am a fan of the
CEO. If you've never watched the CNBC program that features him and his business philosophy, you should check it out. One thing I recall him stating is: "if it (an escalation) ever gets to me, I can guarantee the customer will win". I say this to the OP, you evidently did not escalate far enough.
