I will not be renewing my Camping World membership

I will not be renewing my Camping World membership or roadside service.

Does anyone have recommendations for other Roadside service?

It won't do MACH 2, but I can get a sandwich and take a pee.

I just use my State Farm Auto Insurance rider. I've used it twice to be towed and no problems. Very inexpensive.

When I replace CW, how much does Coachnet charge you?

We use Good Sam and had to be towed. If I recall correctly they use State Farm to provide towing.

Good Sam

I assume that you had a bad experience with the roadside assistance. They all seem to be bad. Even AAA with whom I have had for years, seems to take their sweet time in getting to you when you have an incident.

In a manner of speaking.. I had a bad experience. I need to leave it at that or I'll be violating the forum rules.

Anyway - I'm going to re-visit AAA to see how they cover RVs. Someone also mentioned checking with insurance company.. I have Allstate, so I'll check with them on Roadside service.

Does anyone else have experience with other roadside service besides CW?

Be aware that if you are broken down the in roadway, law enforcement is not going to wait for AAA or Coachnet. They will call a local wrecker service to get the road cleared ASAP. AAA routinely takes up to 2 hours to respond.

I think they are all like that... Hopefully, the people the cops call are part of the network and accept AAA or whomever.

I was just checking insurance quotes, and questioning towing, is it Rv, Rv and trailer, ect.
But Good Sam agent told me that a tow, to them, is like a claim and could affect your renewal premium, just FYI , when Geico seems to push there road side and road side app hard. Haven't talked to them about that yet.
