FHU's...with 55psi water pressure

Some large shade trees, but they wouldn't block any views

Perfectly level site

Satellite TV & Internet

Never rains or gets too cloudy

No bugs or pests allowed

Out west, Monument Valley, or Big Sur

75*F days....60*F nights...year round

I am the only one there, camped in the only site there, no visitors I didn't invite, with the nearest neighbor 20 miles away.

One thing I would like.....campgrounds that don't pack 50 RV's in a space that should only hold 30..........

Good water pressure, and clean water at the same time;

I like pet friendly parks with a designated exercise area (the KOA in Amarillo comes to mind here)

I like a campground not overrun with locals..........ya' never know what you'll get here.

I like campgrounds that follow up on their own rules and regulations. It makes a more pleasant stay.

IT ALSO NEEDS A BIG EASY TO READ SIGN OUT FRONT THAT READS IRV2

Ideal Campground,,,,
I think someone already did it and it's called Fort Wilderness at Disneyworld.
I have never seen a more perfect, cleaner campground than that!

Hilton Head Island rv resort and marina is as close to a perfect resort as I have been to. Each site is different and has everything one needs. when you arrive you jump into a golf cart and ride around and pick out what site suits you. This resort is on the top of my return list.

I'm not going to tell Ya.....what park I would model my ideal one like...I think were all different in what we like...Since I live in the city, we like to get to places that offer forests, steams and trails. Last year as a example on our 5 week long trips we had either a river front or lake front site....4 of the 5 weeks.

Items I would design in a park would be:

~ Shower buildings that had enough space to hang your stuff up when you showered. Along with a nice sized shower stall

~ And here is a big one !!! More than one hook in each shower stall.

~ I showerhead that actually gave a good spray. And where you can adjust the temps....

~ Dump stations that leaned towards the sewer pipe.

~ Some nice pea gravel where your patio mat would lay. Also grade the sites in a way that if it did rain a lot the water would not puddle by your site.

~ Site aprons that give you enough space to keep your vehicle on the pavement or gravel when backing into a site.

~ Over-night price per family, not by the head

~ Good electrical power

~ shady sites

~ Nice fire ring, not a truck rim.....

~ campgrounds that are paved, if gravel, research on a type that is less dusty....Fill in your chuck-holes at they appear.

How about a campground with two restaurants with bars, hotel rooms, two pools, a lake, a chip and putt golf course, tennis, spotlessly clean bathrooms, paved roads, located between DisneyWorld and Univeral Studios, steady 50 amp electric, water, sewer, Wifi, cable, phone and golf cart rentals. Now imagine all this at $52 a night with the 7th night free.

Cypress Cove in Kissimmee, FL is like that.

In addition to a lot of the above:
Campground owners who are RVers themselves
Staff that actually appreciate your business
Activities for teens (my girls lost interest in camping at about 14)

One that would be full every night and give me an unheard of return that is managed by a great manager and give me all the time I need to spend the profits!

I'd like to own one next to Larry B's modeled after and as successful as he pictures. We might run into each other on the road.

All the above and it doesn't cost an arm and a leg (or an axle and 3 tires).....
