If you were looking for book on camping and RVs what information would you think would have been most helpful? Assuming your knowledge level prior to RV ownership.
Also the chapters you think would make for a great resource.

Not looking for existing books but real peoples perspective on what would be most helpful.

I use iPad and iPhone apps to find and pick places that look interesting. I am more interested in list of services and amenities than reviews. I also use Google Maps satellite view to 'scope' out a campground to see trees, layout, surrounding area, closeness to tracks and highway noise, etc.
By using multiple sources, i get more opinions and information not contained in any book or review. My daughter and SIL own a tourist business in Australia. One obnoxious customer wrote a review that had nothing based on real situation, it put a stink on the business that misrepresents the experience. Dozens of positive reviews doesn't always erase the one bad one. Many reviews seem written by folks with an 'axe' to grind' not an honest summary of the amenities and experiences available. Also, if I don't like a place, I move on, that's why my house has wheels.

I spent the four months waiting for our MH to be built by reading several forums on the net. Spent hours and hours reading about all the different issues and the various solutions offered. That has been, and still is, the most helpfull things I have read.
