up the steps, two paces into the kitchen, two paces left to the shower. all on vinyl. shoes in the bottom, coats on hangars on the built-in hangar bar. quick sweep out the door for leaves, dirt, etc. i might install a few wall hooks in the shower, but so far so good.

W4MBG I think we have a similar setup. Thanks for the idea! We have the built in hangar bar and vinyl to shower.
