Intellitic power management system

I have a 99 bounder. it has the intellitic power management system on it, it is not working properly. Can this system be removed and control the two air conditioners manually? Thanks for all help.

by passing the control circuits from the T'stat on the intellitec control board will give air conditioners full function around the EMS.
