Hey All! Hi!

I'm in the market and ready to buy. I'm overwhelmed and stressed out with the choices out there and choosing between what I can and can't have.
I'll be full-timing for the next 10 years. I won't be touring. I'll be parking a year or two and moving to another location for another year or two. I travel for work and this is how my rv will be used. It will be my home.

The most important features I'm looking for before I even look inside is to know, is to be absolutely sure, that it's built for Northern US Winter climates.

I could end up anywhere. I've heard the horror stories of winter freeze ups. I realize any rv will take some extra work to prepare them for sub-zero days. But the better built for sub-zero temps, I'm assuming, will provide a better comfort level and less attention to preventive freeze up maintenance. I'm a single woman and want to be able to handle this lifestyle with as little hassle as possible.

I'm overwhelmed with the standards on the new rvs and what it all means. I hear about dual pane windows, enclosed underbellies, R-Values, 1 or 2 AC units, wrapped tanks, but they don't all have all of those features.

Price Point? I realize I won't climb into a DRV, EXCEL, or one of the many other luxury models but I am looking for moderate price and the best comfort level that about 50K (new or slightly used) will buy.

So far I've narrowed it down to what in my opinion just might work; an Open Range or Sanibel. Problems is I have a salesman telling me that a Prime Time Crusader is the one for me! And I love it better than any other I've seen! But I think it's only a 3 season rv.
